Product Manager for Business Solutions

Would you like to define and manage key software products for business customers in global security software company with millions of users?

We are looking for a talented individual experienced in IT technology with motivation to build great technologies and products for our business customers.

As a member of ESET global product management team, you will cooperate with other product managers, product designers, engineers and marketing communication stakeholders developing and promoting ESET products and services for business users.
You will be managing strategic, operative and technical activities related to software product life-cycle with one goal - to build great products.
Besides perfect knowledge of the market and defining the product goals and vision for short-, mid- and long- term perspective, your primary focus will be put into transferring actual problems of customers and prospects into business requirements.
Participating on ongoing customer research, interviews and on-site visits in order to gather and understand their problems and needs are essential.
You will collaborate with marketing communication stakeholders to help them understand key benefits and values of product features and co-define product positioning and go-to-market strategy.

• University education (Master's degree)
• Previous job experience in the IT field is required
• Experience in product management role is an advantage
• Experience with sales/pre-sales to business/enterprise market is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills to various audiences
• Strong customer orientation and understanding of customer needs is required
• Basic project management skills
• Goal-focused individual
