Job description, responsibilities and duties
A Client Capability Lead (CCL) is a member of the Account Support Team (AST), representing the HMCO capability. He/She has a dotted reporting line to the account ADE (directly or through the ADM) and a solid reporting line to the HMCO regional Service delivery management.
Key responsibilities:
• Ensures that end-to-end services are delivered according to the Service description (OLA) regardless of the delivery points
• Ensures effective communication between HMCO and account teams, in the event of an escalation has end-to-end responsibility for issue resolution
• Supports the creation of services sales opportunities
• Capacity management for the Customer within the instance
• Delivery cost to the account (on-going and add-on)
• Ensure service management process is working in support of the clients
• Change management coordination for the client
• Develop and manage go to green (G2G) plans when required for the instance
• Technical responsibility for designated accounts
• Be involved in all Internal/External Audits relating to HMCO services for the designated customer
