Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Communication with internal customers in UK and other departments mainly with the Department of Customer Service and fulfill their requirements regarding to items
- Communication with suppliers, issuing purchase orders and confirmation of delivery of spare parts
- Communicate with service MU warehouse to assure correct and timely reception of parts
- Work with the system, always maintaining current data for reports and analysis
- Setting planning parameters in the system for new and existing items

- University Degree (BS) in Business Administration, Logistics or Operations Management preferred or equivalent experience.
• Language skills
- Fluent in English and other European language, Italian is advantage.
• Technical / Functional skills
- Experience as a material planner or buyer (preferably but not exclusively in a Service/spare parts environment)
- Working on a leading ERP environment
- Knowledge about planning techniques and purchasing and best practices
- Full computer literacy
• Attitudes
- Well organized and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Project management skills.
- Self-starter able to operate without direct supervision, prioritize tasks and respond quickly to changes.
- Drive, energy and enthusiasm. Must progress in a challenging environment requiring 100% effort and work ethic. A passion for excellence and team player.
- Attention to details and the ability to work on multiple fronts.
- Proactive and problem solving attitudes
