EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)

• Ensure that all services are up and running by operating and establishing appropriate tools for analyzing log files, tracking system availability, throughput and performance.
• Analyze partner add-ons, prepare installation scripts and monitor execution
• Optimize the day-to-day cloud operations based on a deep understanding of the product architecture.
• Communicate and collaborate with the global product management, support, development and quality assurance team around the world to fulfill the requirements in time and quality.
