Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
*Interface to Service/Application Managers and Infrastructure Managers
*Interface to connectivity provider(s) between data centers
*Definition of the needed attributes of the cloud platform
*Responsible for definition of KPI parameters of NFVI HW platforms and applications, with dev./design and operation.
*Receive and discuss new application manager's requirements in an open, agile manner
*Responsible for integrity of SLA catalog entries
*Matches new available infrastructure resources to SLA profile
*Manages and checks profile availability and triggers additional capacity planning/re-planning if needed
*Monitors the SLA-related KPIs and application consumption
*Charging and invoicing for service consumption
*Responsible for creation of quality report on regular basis, and presentation of results.
*Participate on quality analyses with design and operation
