Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Performing and initiating activities to ensure the basic performance for the assigned tires sizes via Quality Check, First Adjustment and Quality Review inputs
* Supporting realization of the relevant performance goals for the department
* Assure the correct release of products within the assigned size range
* Supporting other departments concerning construction and performance issues to ensure standard conformance of the products
* Optimization and maintaining of guidelines and construction platforms
* Leadership or collaboration on technology development and value leadership projects
