Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Develop and optimize Quality documentation (Policies & Procedures, instructions, specifications, registration forms)
• Design quality and food safety consideration and risk analysis into management of change
• Reducing cost of non-quality (First Time Right)
• Lead a Risk Based Quality and Food Safety System: ensure that relevant processes are established and maintained.
• Improve the Environmental KPI’s by reducing waste, pollution, energy consumption and improving recycling
• Lead a Risk Based Environmental System: ensure that relevant processes are established, implemented and maintained.
• Responsible for monitoring that the Cloetta GMPs as well as BRC/IFS requirements are understood and effectively implemented in the factory. Leader of HACCP and TACCP local internal team.
• As Key member of the Cloetta Quality Leadership team, contributes to build the Cloetta management system, be a member of /lead Quality working groups according to the Cloetta Quality strategy and drive continuous improvement

Educational Specialization

University education in Food Technology- Food Science – Biology-Chemistry.

Personality requirements and skills

In-depth experience of Quality in a Food manufacturing company of at least 5 years
Profound knowledge of production techniques and experienced in Lean/GMP/BRC HACCP/ manufacturing
A thorough understanding and knowledge of the current food legislation and incoming Food safety regulatory issues
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at different level of the Organization
Result driven, able to think out of the box and to provide solutions to technical problems.
