Job description, responsibilities and duties
ČEZ Trading is searching for TRADERS and ANALYSTS with experience focused on electricity trading in Germany, Italy, France, Spain and Switzerland.

We are looking for motivated and competitive individuals, who will join a strong team within ČEZ Trading in Prague.
Minimum education required
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Candidates with the following education also suit the position:
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Skills
Language skills:
English - expert (interpreting) or French - advanced or Italian - advanced or Spanish - advanced
Personality requirements and skills
  • 3-5 years experience in electricity trading/analysis with focus on Germany, Italy, Spain, France or Switzerland
  • knowledge of statistics, mathematical patterns and combination skills are very appropriate competencies
  • power generation experience is a plus
  • fitness for work on PC (Microsoft Office) and for those interested more in analytical work also MatLab, R-Project and basic programming is a plus
  • analytical thinking, logical thinking individuals
  • knowledge of English language at a high level
  • knowledge of French, Italian or Spanish is an advantage
  • ability and willingness to work in hard conditions and under stress
  • ability to learn new things
