Plant Finance Director acts as the company’s most senior local finance representative being responsible for the following areas: PLANT ACCOUNTING & CONTROLLING ACTIVITIES.

Plant Finance Director manages both the finance and administration functions of Slovak legal entity and has responsibility for a team of subordinates. He reports hierarchically to the Country General Manager as well as to the Plant Operations Manager.

JOB ROLE (competence set)

• Production of detailed and accurate monthly and annual closings.
• Preparation of tax and other legal reports to be submitted to local authorities (VAT, customs, tax etc ...).
• Preparation of the consolidation package to be loaded into the group consolidation software once a year.
• Booking of payroll and social charges, controlling data accuracy.
• Preparing controlling reportings on both the industrial and the commercial activities.
• Producing analytical reports on differences and variances between the budget and actual figures on both the industrial and the commercial operations.
• Preparing budget and forecasts data.
• Preparation of calculations of production unit prices and intercompany transfer prices.
• Monthly industrial reporting to the group headquarters.
• Providing the group with the assurance of reliable internal control.
• Supporting production organization projects.
