Responsibilities
• Run the complete recruitment process from job profiling through open vacancy publishing and interviews to on-boarding of selected candidate.
• Manage the communication channels used for candidate search (incl. recruitment web portals, company career web pages, social media, universities webs etc.)
• Drive the employer branding activities in the region in cooperation with other HR colleagues.
• Coordinate the cooperations with selected universities in the region (thesis, job fairs, seminars, workshops, brand materials, etc.)
• Proactively drive the efficient social media utilisation in employer branding and other HR processes.
• Actively participate in other activities of HR department (e.g. career day organisation, internal trainings & workshops, etc.).
