Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Horizon Project Implementation manager is a customer facing role and is part of the broader LCM team reporting to Horizon SOE.
Roles and Responsibilities:
PIM is accountable for the implementation of contracted services, LAN, WAN, Security, including those that are not in scope of Blue Sky PIM team or other AT&T Service Delivery groups. PIM interacts with both internal and external AT&T resources to complete provisioning tasks and utilizes and updates management databases in conjunction with the provisioning process.

- Fluent English language communication skills are required including proficient writing ability
- Italian or German language is an added value
- PC literate with experience of a range of software packages
- Knowledge of communication technologies and networking technologies e.g.
- Knowledge of the Project Management best practices.
- Previous PIM/Order Manager experience
Personal Skills:
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
- Ability to work under pressure and lead teams worldwide, Cultural Awareness
- The ability to interact on the phone with customers and their peers during the implementation and problem determination process. Prior experience interfacing directly with customers, project managers, internal organizations
- Flexible, Analytical mind, Problem solver, Stress resistant, Team player
