- assistance in the clarification of cross-border distribution of financial products (collective investment schemes, structured products etc.),
- understanding and reviewing of legal opinions and information materials for marketing of financial products,
- conducting legal searches
- monitoring of new regulation in the field of financial markets (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID etc.).
- IP (trademark and design registration)
