Launch Leader - BiW (Body in White, Body shop)

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive Company in the Nitra region. We are hiring for the position of Launch Leader.
The Launch organisation has responsibility for leading all launch activities into the Nitra plant, through co-ordination of all business functions. The objective is to achieve flawless product launches, on time, to cost, achieving quality targets and delivering to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This requires interaction & co-ordination of Manufacturing, Product Development, Purchasing, Suppliers and the Marketing, Sales & Service activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of launch build phases, in order to deliver a flawless product launch via the Launch quality operating system
• Manage exceptions and containments during build phases
• Support and lead activities with PD (Product Design), AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) and MP&L (Material Planning and Logistics)
• Co-ordinate and supervise the workload of your team in line with the departmental scorecard and actively drive the team to achieve and exceed targets
• Launch budget planning and tracking, preparation of accurate and objective programme status reports
• Support and lead during critical project gateway reviews
• Lead planning and delivery of pre-volume vehicle build specification matrices and build events
• Lead and develop a strong mentality in your team for all aspects of safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and environment
