WHAT WILL
YOU DO
Telecom Invoice validation
• Receipt / tracking / archiving of invoices
• Completing and uploading the converted file in the telecom tool
• Invoice validation in the telecom tool
• Follow up on unbilled circuits
• Arranging data corrections in inventory tools
• Arranging manual payments when needed
• E- mail communication with the client and suppliers
• Reporting tasks
Dispute management
• Updating / maintaining "Open disputes files"
• Discrepancy resolution with the suppliers / other departments
• Follow up on underbilling/ high usage reports
• Reporting tasks

• Strong analytical and investigative skills, ability to search for information in different sources and link them
• Very good communication skills in English, and Spanish language
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Proactive person, willingness to help to colleagues other teams
• Very positive relationship to the technologies and telecommunications (being able to grasp the telecom terminology fast)
• Work with Excel (user)
