WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Recruiter is accountable for the internal client A-Z delivery, business partnership (up to Senior Managerial level) and responsible for recruitment activities of the team members according to defined recruitment demand.

What will be your responsibility:

Responsibility for recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets
Screening applications, conducting face to face interviews with candidates, scheduling second interviews and managing contracts for candidates
Participation and preparation of recruiting and sourcing events and activities
Understand recruiting demand and skill profiles
Working with recruiting system accordingly recruiting needs and processes
Ensuring all paperwork related to candidates documentation and contracts is done and prepared for further use
Responsible for post-offer management – salary negotiation, contract signature
Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policy and internal controls
Preparing statistics and reports based on requirements
Following recruiting process and propose improvements
Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
Review recruit files for completeness
Direct reports to recruiting lead
Team spirit contribution
Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations

WHAT WE
EXPECT

Education: University degree
Work Experience: 1 year relevant work experience at Recruiting

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Communication skills (able to handle proactive “direct cold calls”)
Ability to search candidates on the internet (social media like LinkedIn, Xing etc)
Ability to search in databases
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office)
Good team player with interpersonal skills
Very good understanding of English (written and spoken)
Must be able to pay attention to details
Good problem solver, organizational and analytical skills

Other requirements:

• Fluent level of English language - oral and written
• min. 1 year of experience in HR/Recruiting - MUST
• Presentable results from recruitment/sourcing/networking
