ABB Engineering Centre in Ostrava (CZOPC) is the ABB global engineering center for Process Automation Division. We have more than 250 employees who provide engineering and business support services for ABB business units throughout the whole Europe. Our service portfolio includes electrical engineering, drives, automation software, SW development, mechanical design, IT systems and security, LV hardware, supply chain management (SCM), project management and project support services. - Drives the changes in the organization, together with the change leader within Business unit
- Creates standardized Business unit templates, terminology, instructions, guidelines
- Collects the issues raised from business, collects and escalates the scope changes requested by business unit
- Supports the implementation team on resource issues, tracks changes / issues / risks related to the full project
- Collects and sorts out internal implementation issues / discussions
- Provides user support, supports the implementation in the organization
