Job description, responsibilities and duties
Labour recruitment and selection of new employees.
Organisation of interviews.
Preparing of employment contracts, amendments and agreements.
Responsible for accurate preparation of letters, contracts and other documents.
Accurate and timely handling of administrative procedures regarding sickness, termination of employment, dismissal etc.
Monitor and signaling (expired) contracts and legal deadlines.
Support the payroll and benefits process and take initiative to resolve any problems that may arise.
Responsible for providing accurate and timely salary changes to the financial administration.
First point of contact for all employees on HR topics related to explanation of HR policies & procedures.
Provide information towards managers and employees, in accordance with internal and external information, on the implementation of social legislation, pensions, taxation, collective schemes, working conditions .
Develop and maintain employee files to include employee benefits, employment status, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Periodically clean up files and archives, with observance of legal regulations.
Give qualitative and complete advising on the deployment of personnel instruments.
Advise managers in the implementation of the health and safety policy, dealing with absenteeism, code of conduct and performance process.
Any other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time that is reasonable and commensurate with this role.
