Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Key business contact for design, build and implementation of T&E application
• Coordinate accounting, HR, Credit Card team and IT teams on the project
• Validate business requirements of accounting, HR & Credit Card team
• Coordinate consultants working on the project
• Key contact point for all T&E application queries
• End user support
• Proactively identifying gaps in the system and processes to improve performance and efficiency
• Willing to develop T&E application skills
• Work in global multicultural company and team

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• T&E application(s) experience
• University degree in finance/economics
• Project Experience
• Accounting knowledge / experience is advantage
• Concur experience is advantage
• QAD experience is advantage
• Fluent English
• Good communication skills
• Strong excel / power point skills
• Willing to travel
