Junior/ Senior Governance Specialist

The purpose of this job is to support Head of Financial Markets IT Quality Management in all audit, ORM (Operational Risk Management) and IT governance related activities.
Asset Management IT is operating out of Zurich, New York, London and Bratislava and is responsible for managing over 130 billion CHF for the Swiss Re Group. There is a very close collaboration between the different locations and units and this position acts as a central point of contact for all audit, ORM and governance related tasks.

Project & Quality Assuarance team is a cross-functional team operating within Asset Management IT, servicing our clients within all Asset Management. We are acting as a main contact person in all project related as well as quality related topics for AM IT.
SharePoint topic is another important topic owned by the team, where main focus is on servicing AM specific SharePoint solutions and development of new use cases.

• Liaise between Asset Management IT (AM IT) and both internal and external auditors (e.g. PwC) for all AM IT projects and applications worldwide
• Support access management area for AM, e.g. create access management documentation for AM IT applications, identify toxic combinations etc.
• Actively participate in audits and represent asset management, ensure fast response to auditor's queries
• Create and maintain the audit dashboard (audit timelines, audit plans and audit progress)
• Maintain audit related documentation
• Continuously monitor all open audit and ORM issues and operational events assigned to AM IT
• Maintain Business Continuity Management plan for AM IT Bratislava
• Participate in bi-monthly IT governance meetings on Group level
