We are looking for a highly motivated and result oriented colleague to join our Asset Management IT Testing team. We are supporting build and run activities within IT. Our team ensures the end-to-end quality of all in-house developed solutions, as well as the technical integration of 3rd party solutions.
In this position:
•You are responsible for system testing of Swiss Re's Asset Management applications
•You have an insight in all important AM IT projects and visibility to senior management
•You are delivering high quality software solutions and quality assurance services to AM IT units, you will perform software tests for internal clients
•You will design, plan, execute and automate tests for software across a variety of n-tier architectures and cutting-edge technologies or educate projects on how-to
•You are enabling Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery through test automation by using a comprehensive thinking for requirement validations over the application life cycle
•You are taking responsibility for our testing platforms and methodology and modernize them for our Cloud architecture

•You are a sharp, experienced software test engineer with strong problem solving skills and a proven software development foundation, with Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
•You are a talented, detail-oriented and enthusiastic about your work with can do attitude. Passionate about quality, flexible, self-motivated, performing independently as well as able to cooperate with a group
•You have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) and client service orientation
•You are able to interact with project management and development teams to develop a deep understanding of the project and testing objectives
•You have strong knowledge of QA methodology, familiarity with test automation frameworks, automation test tools and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
•You have proven experience in designing test plans and test cases/-scenarios to address business and technical use cases
•You have strong system integration testing and/or interface testing experience together with proficient knowledge of database skills in Oracle and SQL server
•Your knowledge of financial products is advantage
