Junior Market Scheduler

Description:
SLOVNAFT is looking for a new team member who will join our Market Operations team. Main role of the position is to support planning activities of market scheduling as well as to support coordination of its execution via coordination and liasing with relevant business and functional unit within the MOL Group.


Responsibilities/ Tasks:

• Support inventory management process via maintaining dedicated data management and reporting activities.
• Supports the preparation of data supply for plans (BP, FC, tactical, re-opt) by continuously monitoring inventory levels and forecasting monthly closing inventory of fuel products.
• Supports the preparation of monthly distribution scheduling of supplies and deliveries by products and means of transport based on the approved Tactical plan in assigned area of responsibility. Pre-pares weekly and daily scheduling of supplies and deliveries.
• Continuously monitors the weekly and daily scheduling fulfilment in assigned area of responsibility. Investigates the reasons of any deviations and prepares proposals for adjustments to weekly and daily scheduling. Implements the changes of scheduling based on decisions.
• Cotributes to the analyzes unplanned supply, sales and logistics opportunities.
• Supports the implementation of market supply improvement projects.

• University degree
• At least 1-2years of work experience in relevant field (commercial, logistics, SCM or inventory management)
• English language at advanced level (daily communication in English)
• Driving licence – group B (active driver)
• Active user of PC –MS Office, Excel – advanced user level; Scheduling and optimization software(s), tool(s)

Preferred knowledge:

• Work experience in DS oil industry (commercial, logistics or planning & optimization)
• Understanding of the market scheduling tool
• Basic knowledge on inventory management
• Ability to work with SAP (user level)
