Job Description
- Responsibility for production planning, external logistics and IT in 4 production plants (Slovakia, Bosnia and Herczegovina, Croatia)
- Strategically plan and manage external logistics, warehouse, transportation to meet customer expectations
- Make sure the goal is met in terms of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Engage with all manufacturing sites, to map current state supply planning processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with additional functions driving demand planning, order fulfillment and product management to ensure Supply Chain improvement
- Utilize benchmarking information, knowledge of industry best practices and knowledge of advanced planning tools to recommend innovative Supply Chain solutions
- Develop standard processes, tools and templates to support the effective management of Supply Chain
- Develop and track Supply Chain performance measurement (KPIs) to provide feedback on execution, further identify improvement opportunities and drive change

- Demonstrated ability to accept new ideas,implement differentiated solutions to complex problems
