Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main responsibilities Accounts Payables / Intercompany:
• Receives invoices from vendors / intercompany partners and processes invoices via SAP
• Circulates invoice to business unit management for review/approval
• Communicates with the client (e.g. purchasing department, approvers) and suppliers
• Performs reconciliation of accounts payable / intercompany balances for each business unit
• Generates accounts payable / intercompany reporting, issues standard accounts payable / intercompany statistics & reports
• Dealing with returns of invoices, debit notes, down payment requests, bank guarantees
