- Experience with Open Source solution
- Fluent in English
- Experience with leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Knowledge of all phases of SW development – design, coding, testing, debugging, implementing and support
- Advantageous is BPM/ESB software experience
- Positive work attitude, result oriented
- Experiences with OAIS standard
