- Managing multiple projects in international environment (Shared Services)
- Overseeing global payroll launches and transitions
- Performing market research (regarding potential payroll vendors)
- Building main criteria for payroll vendor selection
- Constructing payroll contracts with new payroll vendors
- Ensuring correct payroll process implementation and transition (setting up process with the vendor so that they can efficiently cooperate with internal payroll teams)
- Bringing new ideas and process improvements (drive for efficiency)
- Reporting
