Plant Controller/Finance Manager

▪ Performs Plant controlling activities in line with regional and Headquarter strategic plans
▪ Collects and prepares financial analyses for management team, key financial data for month-end closing, monthly operational results´ review, prepares monthly financial plans
▪ Partners with business leader(s) to drive business results and strategy
▪ Ensure full integrity of all aspects of the financial information reported
▪ Uses forecasting and trend analysis data to guide initiatives and operational decisions
▪ Evaluates, reviews and ensures that proper approvals are obtained for the disposition of obsolete inventory
▪ Ensures that proper approvals are obtained for capital investments, or obsolete property disposition
▪ Has leading role in preparation of Annual operational plan (Budget)
▪ Annual standard cost roll-up process
▪ Oracle maintenance – fiscal year set up, US GAAP and Slovak statutory General Ledger maintenance
▪ US GAAP and Slovak statutory General Ledger reconciliation (monthly, quaterly, yearly)
▪ Supports and participates in external financial audits
▪ Responsible for Statutory year end closing, financial statements and Income tax return
▪ Manages and develops the accounting team driving the close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
