- Quality control of Logistic Service Provider (provide support to inbound process, control quality of the outbound shipments, solving problems raised by Transport Order Management platform)
- Returns and damages process management (visual control of products returned to warehouse, raising awareness of returns´quantities, quality, frequency, analysis of damages from inbound deliveries)
- Value added services process support (checking the process in line, suppport the products, timely quality check)
