Job description, responsibilities and duties

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures the Data management is in line with global and local legislation, following the Pfizer SOPs. Keeps the employee data in timely and accurate manner in the system defined by the company. (Peoplesoft)
• Maintains the Personal files of colleagues, ensures the reported changes have been registered at relevant external authorities
• Coordinates internal data collection process including Time and Attendance for Payroll administration. Submits data for the payroll provider. Advises employees in the payroll process and in the basic areas of the social insurance, health insurance and income tax
• Administers the Employee benefits offered to colleagues and acts as a point of contact for providers.
• Trains the colleagues and managers on using the tools available in hrSource for the self-service and HR processes management
• Supports the MOS Lead and HR Business Partner with employment contracts and contract amendments preparation as required
• Implementation of regional HR projects in line with new global requirements
• Leads recruitment of selected positions in defined Talent Acquisition process with respective Line managers.
• Leads ‘On-boarding’ trainings for new employees for HR tools and processes
• Coordination of service`s provision of personal leasing agency and other HR vendors
• Work in internal systems used for ordering goods and services in compliance with company policies
• Active participation in trainings roll out organized by HR department

Position will be contracted via personal agency.

Required qualification, experience & skills
• University Degree (Master´s degree)
• 2 years’ experience in the HR area - covering all areas of HR
• Excellent organizing and process related skills
• Analytical skills
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Must have good communication and writing skills to interact with various departments and with external authorities
• PC skills required: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, extensive use of Microsoft Office in general
