• Regular sales reports
• Ad hoc sales/customers analysis (profitability analysis, customer´s behaviour, markets trends, etc.)
• Monthly volume planning (SAP system)
• Contracts maintenance and regular volume tracking
• Support during the budgeting process
• Quota management (active checking of volume availability, setup of contingents)
• Cross-department communication, mainly related to supply sources, volumes, customers
• Responsibilities cover Central European Market (CZ/SK/HU/SI/HR and IT/BA)

 Experience in administration is advantage
 2nd or 3rd year student of university (study field: economics or mathematics)
 Willingness to work 20 hours on weekly base, also during the summer holidays

 Accuracy and good work with numbers
