Our client is a company formed by technology industry veterans from the sporting world that will launch a daily-play fantasy football platform in Europe. They have addressed a market need that builds on the success of fantasy football in other geographies, and have a vision to create one of the leading platforms in this space.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be maintaining and further develop the Continuous Delivery infrastructure. You will be working closely with the development and QA engineers in order to achieve successful and stable releases of the clients platform.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Infrastructure automation with Ansible
• Linux experience (CentOS/RedHat or similar)
• Networking concepts ( TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTPP, SSL, TFTP, SMTP)
• Knowledge of CI tools (e.g. Jenkins)
• Scripting experience (e.g. Bash)
• Version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Database admin: Basic MySQL server administration
• Web Servers/Proxy : Apache Tomcat, NginX
• Application support : Managing Java/Tomcat - based AWS applications
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have skills
• Virtualization e.g, Varnish, Docker
• Knowledge of relational database systems such as MySQL
• Directory services : LDAP
• Cloud experience ( AWS and deploying AWS applications)
