Job description, responsibilities and duties

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
As an Advocacy Intern you will provide support to the Advocacy Team in the Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Area Office:
• Desk research on housing, housing policies, and related EU policies
• Help the advocacy team to organize events (workshops, conferences)
• Support grant proposal submissions
• Assist the team in implementing projects
• Administrative tasks

Working time - approximately 20hrs per week (flexible)

• Must be a University student, completed bachelor degree is an advantage
• Openness to learn and ability to process information
• Excellent command of English, especially in writing
• Interest in topics of housing/poverty housing/advocacy/sociology/poverty/EU policy making/ EU grants
• Interest in a long-term internship for a year or two is an advantage
