Warranty Team Leader- CZ or SK

Responsibilities:
 Coordinate, support, supervise and coach team members in all of daily activities.
 Manage the production of required reports and the proper use of reporting tools.
 Ensure claim assessment quality according to customer policies and procedures in an efficient way, respecting the defined lead times.
 Assess, follow up warranty claims and pre-authorizations, create reports, communicate with dealers.
 Act as the point of contact for the customer Project Management and MSXI management.

Desired Skills & Experience:
 At least 3 years’ experience in leading a team of 5+ people.
 Experience in automotive warranty.
 Understanding technical knowledge in automotive parts, diagnosis and repair.
 Advanced Excel knowledge/experience.
 Good structural thinking.
 Capability of working with IT tools.
 Precision, rigor and consistence.
 Relational skills, patience and empathy.

Languages required:
 Fluent English (oral and written) is a MUST.
 Upper-intermediate Czech or Slovak (oral and written) is a MUST.
