Being part of Procurement Organization, you will be responsible for Info Records Management in Europe. You will be interacting with internal stakeholders and Local Procurement, as well as communicate with external suppliers in order to acquire valid prices or resolve issues with delivery.
In this role you will be mainly responsible for:
• Creation and maintenance of Info Records and Source List
• Creation and Maintenance of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) purchase orders
• Regular follow up of MRP open items
• Sending of Requests For Quotation to suppliers and submit received prices to local Procurement for approval
• Send Price Lists to suppliers and submit received prices to local Procurement for approval
• Ensure proactive resolution of identified issues
• Ensure SLAs and service obligations are met for the work within scope
• Ensure the fulfillment and update of the process documentation
• Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations e.g. SOX, Global Procurement Policy, Global Master Data Policy
• Support relationship with internal stakeholders and Local Procurement colleagues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as pro-activity and ability to work on own initiative, team player attitude and analytical thinking combined with being well organized
• Strong systems skills: MS Office (Excel), SAP
• Experience in working with international teams – preferable
• Advanced knowledge of English
