Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team in regards of all shopping and invoices
- Creating Shopping Baskets on request of project managers and IS functional managers
- Monitoring of compliance with policies
- Monitoring Purchase Orders creation, contact Procurement Department/ Procurement Services Team when needed
- Booking Goods Receipt after managers approval – manage audit trail of approvals
- Monitoring payment, contact EBSC/ MBSC when needed
- Communicating with managers, vendors and European Business Service Center/ Mondelez Business Service Center to ensure a smooth process
- Creating and managing reports with Excel (ongoing and ad hoc)
- Providing weekly updates to line manager
- Working with iShop/SAP KPE and SAP KPA
