Job description, responsibilities and duties

Company leading in the production and sales of agricultural implements is looking for a “Product manager / Back office coordinator”.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day support to Sales
- Prepare, review and approve a range of legal documents across business units, including reviews of terms and conditions in conjunction with Sales
- Invoicing
- Prepare orders to supplier company
- Prepare order confirmations for the clients
- Permission and set delivery of products, resolves product delivery issues
- Work closely with the supplier companies
- Liaise with clients to enhance the efficiency
- Review the deliveries of goods to/from stock
- Supervise the deliveries from supplier to the client

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Hungarian - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Intermediate (B1) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

- Agricultural experience is a strong benefit
- Fluency in English, Slovak and Hungarian
