Job description, responsibilities and duties

 responsibility for the processes and outcomes of accounting and their coordination in accordance with the accounting and tax legislation,
 responsibility for the processes and outcomes of the financial and IT departments,
 processing and evaluation of financial statements of company,
 management control of financial mechanisms,
 strategic Financial Planning,
 assessment of Competition,
 handling of the budget and financial plan and control their compliance,
 cooperation with auditors, financial and tax authorities,
 communicating with financial institutions and business partners of company,
 decide on the financing of different activities and ways of handling funds, cash
management companies,
 assessment of investment projects, cost control, cash flow, accuracy and timeliness of payments,
 reporting the results of a member of senior management,
 compliance with the obligations under the law or company,
 managing, coordinating, motivating and evaluating subordinates…

Personality requirements and skills

 university degree in economics field,
 min. 5 years previous experience in the position of a Financial Manager for international company,
 English – fluent,
 knowledge of SAP R3 FI,
 very good knowledge of general economic principles,
 excellent computer skills - MS Office, especially MS-Excel, Access, SAP/R3,
 acting alone, analytical thinking,
 complex insight the company's business processes within and in contact with the external environment,
 open communication and teamwork,
 timely, transparent information, which are necessary to taxation on the basis of cost of all responsibility,
