Your main responsibility will be to provide live stream content inspection for a growing global mobile apps producer with more than 700 million users worldwide. The client supported is a globally recognized producer of freeware apps for instant communications on electronic devices such as smartphones, tablet computers and personal computers.
What we would like you to do:
- Work in web based client provided tools to monitor live stream and uploaded videos from Germany.
- Represent the admin role on behalf of our client to remove any offending, rules or good manners violating content.
- Notify the users of misbehavior and provide justification and reasoning for their content removal or credit of spam points.
- Use your German language skills and cultural understanding of the German market.
- Support the team with your working hours flexibility to cover 24/7 operations.
- Deliver a service that will delight our customers and provide a service to remember.
- Maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times, adherence to company procedures.
