Job description, responsibilities and duties
- act as the main interface for the business segment (THINK) within the business
- liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
- manage exceptional approvals from partners and log these accordingly in Salesforce
- manage specific customer process and ticket logging
- participate in customer service projects and support project development, implementation and delivery.
- in co-operation with the Service Operations Team, support projects with reports and any relevant data required enabling project delivery.
- act as a point of contact for commercial operational issues entering the Service operations organization.
- support the service operations in EMEA by gathering and consolidating reports, follow-up and clarify open issues.
- manage the day-to-day organization of duties.
- attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills
Qualifications
The person will have a minimum of 3 years experience within a customer service department and the technology hardware industry. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to:
Understanding of IT systems, IT industry players and local market
Exposure to self-management, team working and time management in a complex matrix environment
The ability to independently understand business, processes and reporting requirements
Verbal and written communication skills
Excel knowledge required
Fluency in Business English is a requirement

Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Ideal background would be in business support services.
