Job description, responsibilities and duties

* This position is for greenfield project in automotive industry. Will be responsible for developing and implementing lean engineering tools and reviewing work methods, work station design and documenting process methods. Will conduct analysis and make recommendations to improve labor utilization, material flow and capacity planning. Process simulation, project management and methods analysis.
* Responsibilitites:
* Provide leadership and support to Continuous improvement initiatives
* Analyze work systems and develop standards, allowances and/or improvements to existing systems, providing input for the development of functional layouts that minimize space, material transit distance and provide flexibility for expansion
* Utilize Lean standards in everyday assignments and analysis
* Provide support as necessary for STD Work, 5s, TPM, JIT

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

* University Degree in industrial engineer or related discipline
* 2 or more years of experience performing industrial engineering and time studies
* English language on communicative level
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
