* To execute the hiring plan for manufacturing site
* Searching candidates, leading the 1st round and arranging the 2nd round interviews
* Arranging business trips related to the training process of the new staff in Slovakia
* Daily contact and communication with external Payroll & PA supplier
* Coordination of the onboarding process in the Company

* Min. 3 years seniority in active recruiting roles for manufacturing / automotive sector
* High awareness of labor law requirements in Slovakia
* Goals oriented and able to work autonomously
* Team worker and good communication skills
* Experience in green-field projects development would be an asset
* English language fluent, Spanish language is an asset
