Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- managing all HR matters in CZ and SK
- supporting recruitment, integration and training process in HU and RO
- ensuring complete teams in shops – providing CV of sales advisors, participation on the recruiting of store managers and deputy managers
- coordination of the integrations of newcomers, internal promotions and trainings
- regularly reporting of HR KPI´s
- close cooperation with external providers in matters of the payroll and personnel administration
- close cooperation with shops, store managers and regional managers based on daily needs and priorities
- cooperation with our HQ in France

Personality requirements and skills
- at least 2 years of experience in HR (mainly recruitment process and training)
- experience in retail business is a must
- representative, well organized, dynamic candidate, motivated to work within the company
- ability to set priorieties and work under pressure, flexible and willing to travel within SK/CZ/HU/RO region
- fluency in English, French is an advantage
- availability ASAP
