Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* The selected candidate will join company to assist the CEO of the concession on the planning and organization of the highway construction and operation. It will contribute towards the proper functioning, maintenance and development of facilities and systems in accordance with the CEO´s instructions.
* Responsibilities
* - Organizing and planning. Follow the procedures in order to ensure the proper functioning and development of the following departments: Tolling, Maintenance and IT in accordance with the contract specifications and the Authorities and Operations Director instructions.
* - Collaborate in the preparation of the budget proposal for Tolling, Maintenance and IT departments in order to integrate it within the Highway’s proposal.
* - Participate in supervising the departments: analyze its performance in terms of economics (incomes, deviations, etc.); human resources (problem-solving, prevention of occupational risks, etc.) and technical issues (forecast fulfillment, measures strength, etc.) monitoring possible incidents and designing and implementing solutions.
* - Maintain regular contact with external suppliers. Define the need, negotiate and monitor performance (service and project expenses, material supplying, operations manual, etc.) in order to efficiently achieve the unit objectives.
* - Create highway operations reports, specifically expenses and incomes forecasting in order to carry out decision-making processes on a solid base.
