Job Description:
 WW responsibility for New Product Introduction for Desktop and Workstation
• Lead EMEA new product operations model and support operation strategy for executive management
• Determine schedules to meet business requirements
• Responsibility to meet all manufacturing KPI’s – Time to market , Time to volume & Time to quality, Capacity, Capability & Cost
• Lead team from Lenovo and contract manufacturer.
 Management & qualification of remote supplier teams
• Continually driving performance improvements, innovations.
 Full life product management - offspec filtering / recommendation, contract manufacturing alternatives.
 Customer facing element involving both Direct customers and Business Partners.
