Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose:
Development and implementation of UAE market go-to strategy to attract, find and close new opportunities in Hospitality, F&B, and Leisure industries.

Main Duties:
• Proactive approach to generating new business leads and revenue by selling Hospitality IT solutions, customer front end applications and related services.
• Identifying new opportunities by analyzing potential customers in different market segments.
• Creating/following go to market strategies in line with company policy and plan
• Focusing on market segments in line with company strategy
• Generating leads for proactive selling approach
• Have direct interaction with customers, to present products and services
• Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Work closely as a team with other members of the sales force, cross selling and passing over leads to other divisions.
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline in relation to average rate of closing
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of new market trends, identifying how these trends relate to proactive selling approach

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Strong social skills.
• Confident public speaker
• Ability to work independently & in a team structure to plan, organize and prioritize work.
• Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong working knowledge on Microsoft office products (CRM, PPT, Word, Excel)
