Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager with experience in a plant / factory environment to be based in Püspökladány.

As a Quality Manager, you directly refer to the Factory Manager and close cooperation with our Welding expert and with a dotted line to our Global Quality Manager in Industry Cooling. It is your responsibility to ensure product quality and that the company's systems and processes comply with the required standards and regulatory requirements.


Job Purpose & Scope

• Management and development of the quality department and its staff
• Training of management as well as production engineers in systems and quality tools such as PFMEA, 8D and other, legal requirements and other applicable requirements
• Continues improvements, management review, Quality goals, KPI’s, Monthly review.
• Maintain and develop Quality Management System (QMS) Business processes and instructions.
• Ensure Quality high performance in cooperation with our Global Quality Manager and IR factories.
• Active and prepare external audit and internal audit and team
• Work inter-organizationally with sales, production, development, planning and warranty
• Quality Management, communicate with business partners, customers, notify body and suppliers

Position Requirements

• Experience with QA work and knowledge
• Thorough, responsible, working structured and organized
• Knowledge how to work with ISO9001:2008, maybe PED
• Knowledge and experience how to work and create processes and Quality demands related to Welding and VT5817, CE marking, NDT
• Fluent in Hungarian and English, verbal and written
• You enjoy a team where collaboration and knowledge sharing is a matter of course for you - but you also enjoy working independently where freedom under responsibility is natural.
