Customer Services Agent for Indirect Sales

Johnson Controls is looking for an English speaking candidate to join our team for Building Technologies & Solutions in our Business Centre in Bratislava. This is an excellent opportunity to start developing your skills in a global organization and grow with us as you progress in your career.

• Organize and create an effective business support service for administrative procedures, ensuring that accuracy and timeliness are the key priorities
• Scope of work:

o Sales order entry
o Verifying the input data (completeness, correctness and approvals according to company standards)
o Product availability, prices and lead times
o Order acknowledgement
o Purchase order placement
o Invoicing
o Original documentation tracking (origin certificate, pro forma invoice, packing list, original bill of lading, containerization)
o Archiving of the data in compliance to the company standards
Focal point for warranty claims

• Deal with all administrative duties which refer to the above.
• Act as a central point of contact for customers and suppliers
• Promote an efficient and professional image to all customers and suppliers, both internal and external at all times.

• High school degree or higher
• English language fluently
• PC skills – MS Office, intermediate level
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures, logistics
• Customer oriented with focus to details
• Previous experiences in customer services are advantage
