Technical Consultant - Microsoft Exchange and System Engineer

Itera Slovakia, a leading Nordic provider of innovative digital solutions and hosting, is opening a position of Microsoft exchange and system engineer - consultant position.
Our customer is one of the most respected banks in the world. The main focus of the work will be service operation for email and infrastructure management in combination with implementation.

Responsibilities:
• running a Microsoft Exchange Server
• providing integration support to Microsoft Exchange Server for a variety of applications
• active Directory management
• working within a heavily secured network
• troubleshoot any issues related to CSR’s
• managing Spam, Anti-virus, and other security components
• server optimization (identify users with excessive attachments, etc.)
• incident resolution and reporting
• communicating with customer / also some travelling needed
