Site Manager - Nitra area

Job profile:
In close co-operation with the Programme Manager (UK expatriate) you will be responsible for on-site operations in Slovakia, leading a team of Service Engineers (expatriate and local).
It will be your task to build and develop close relationships between Company and Customer (production of vehicles).
You will also be a liaison with Group companies regarding delivery of equipment, you will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating and implementing of commisioning of entire lines, utilising service resources of the project. It will be also your responsibility to understand and analyse upcoming problems and provide potential solutions. Besides, you will develop and apply methodology and manage site-wide EHS.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in automotive industry (planning/engineering environment, preferably in automation technology)
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electronic engineering
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to co-operate
• Very good communication skills, strong customer orientation
• Fluent English, additional knowledge of German is desirable
