Job description, responsibilities and duties
- experience with HR administration (at least one year required) and knowledge of SK Labour Code
- responsibility for time sheets agenda including their control and management of internal database
- daily work in personal system, preparation of new contracts, prolongations, processing of changes
- support in a variety of HR administrative processes and policies (incomes, outcomes etc.)
- make sure all the administration and data are processed in time for the agreed deadlines and in adequate quality
- set up new colleagues on to the HR system
