- End to End recruitment process
- Candidates sourcing (identification, search and selection of candidates in the FINANCE & SSC area)
- Interviewing candidates, recommendation of suitable candidates for positions
- Client communication and negotiation (in terms of their needs, client management, communication with hiring managers, clients meetings)
- Preparation of advertisement, job posting
- Fulfillment of defining turnover year plans (consultant turnover plan / team turnover plan)
